Selecting a Frame

If you want a professional looking design, choose a simple slideshow frame or none at all. Nowadays, less decoration is considered as being more professional. But we do have decorative and at the same time professional looking frames.

Depending on your website design and the position of the slide on the page, choose a frame that is in harmony with your message or with the general design of the page.

If the slideshow is towards the top of the page and the page is a serious one, choose no frame or a black frame.

If it is going to be towards the bottom of the page, choose a slide frame that will attract attention, as it has to compete for attention there.

Also have a look at the glossy one, it can make your photos look better, like a glossy magazine.

For web designers, if you need a special frame around your slide, the easiest way is to put it on top of the actual slide with html.
